Grilled Steak Bites with Creamy Sauce 

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

1 lb beef tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Steak Bites:
In a large bowl, combine the beef tenderloin cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until the steak is evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Grill the Steak Bites:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
