Instructions:

  4. Baked Beans (2-3 minutes): While the tomatoes and mushrooms are cooking, heat the baked beans in the small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  5. Eggs (3-4 minutes): In the same frying pan (add a little more oil or butter if needed), cook the eggs to your liking. For fried eggs, crack them carefully into the pan and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny (or cooked to your preference). For scrambled eggs, whisk the eggs with a splash of milk or cream, and season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until soft and creamy.

  6. Toast (2-3 minutes): While everything else is cooking, toast the bread to your desired level of crispness. Butter generously.

  7. Plate it Up! (1 minute): Arrange the bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms (if using), and eggs on the serving plate. Spoon the baked beans next to the other ingredients. Add the toast to the side.
