Grilled Chicken Skewers with Lemon Herb Sauce 

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken chunks and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Skewer
Thread marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.

Step 3: Grill
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

Step 4: Make Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped herbs (like parsley or basil), salt, and pepper to make the lemon herb sauce.

Step 5: Serve
Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the lemon herb sauce drizzled on top.
