Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce 🍗

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Coat the Chicken
In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, and simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5: Serve
Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the Parmesan crusted chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
