Craving a comforting and hearty meal? These Meatball Lasagna Rollups are the perfect combination of flavors and textures! Easy to make and absolutely delicious, they’re sure to be a hit with the whole family. Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:

12 lasagna noodles
24 cooked meatballs (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Rollups:
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Take a lasagna noodle and spread a generous amount of the ricotta mixture over it. Place 2 meatballs at one end of the noodle and roll it up tightly. Place the rollup seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles.
Top with Sauce and Cheese:
Once all the rollups are in the dish, pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve:
Let the rollups cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy this delicious and cheesy Meatball Lasagna Rollups with a side salad or garlic bread!
