Shrimp Boil Foil Packs
These Shrimp Boil Foil Packs bring all the flavors of a classic Southern shrimp boil into an easy, mess-free meal! Juicy shrimp, tender potatoes, corn on the cob, and savory sausage are seasoned to perfection, all cooked together in a foil packet for effortless cleanup.

 Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 ears corn, cut into 4 pieces each
8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving
 Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Grill or Oven
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage.
Drizzle with olive oil, melted butter, and season with Old Bay, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Step 3: Assemble the Foil Packs
Cut 4 large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Divide the shrimp mixture evenly among the foil sheets.
Fold the foil tightly around the ingredients to form a sealed packet.
Step 4: Cook the Foil Packs
Grill Method: Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping once, until the shrimp are pink and potatoes are fork-tender.
Oven Method: Bake the foil packets on a sheet pan for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.
Step 5: Serve
Carefully open the foil packs (watch for steam!) and garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately.
