Oven Fried Feta Rolls with Chili Honey 

Ingredients:
- 8 oz feta cheese, cut into sticks
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- Cooking spray
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Coat Feta
Coat feta sticks in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with Panko breadcrumbs.

Step 2: Freeze
Place the coated feta sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.

Step 3: Preheat and Spray
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 4: Bake
Place the frozen feta sticks on the prepared baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Step 5: Make Chili Honey
In a small saucepan, heat honey and chili flakes together. Drizzle over the oven-fried feta rolls.
