Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches 

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Cooking oil

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top with sliced strawberries and cover with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.

Step 2: Cut into Shapes
Using a cookie cutter, cut out shapes from the sandwiches. Press the edges together to seal.

Step 3: Dip in Egg Mixture
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Dip each sandwich shape into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

Step 4: Coat with Sugar
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Coat the dipped sandwiches in the sugar mixture evenly.

Step 5: Fry and Serve
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated sandwiches until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
