Gâteau Marbré Fait Maison

Ingredients:
200g butter (softened)
200g sugar
4 eggs
200g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp milk (optional, for a moister texture)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Mix butter & sugar: In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Add dry ingredients: Sift flour and baking powder, then add to the mixture, alternating with milk, until smooth.
Divide the batter: Separate the batter into two parts. Add vanilla to one and cocoa powder to the other, mixing until fully combined.
Marble the batter: Spoon alternating dollops of vanilla and chocolate batter into the pan, then swirl gently with a knife or skewer.
Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool & Serve: Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy the marbled goodness!
