Creamy Bowtie Pasta with Ground Beef 

Ingredients:
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the Tomatoes and Broth:
Stir in the diced tomatoes (with their juices), beef broth, and paprika. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Make it Creamy:
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
