Get ready for a flavor explosion with these delicious Grilled Fish Tacos! Perfect for a summer meal or any time you crave something fresh and tasty. Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:
For the Fish:

1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Pico de Gallo:

2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Spicy Mayo:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Fish:
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture and let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Make the Pico de Gallo:
In a separate bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño (if using), lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare the Spicy Mayo:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust the spice level to your liking.
Grill the Fish:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Assemble the Tacos:
Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the fish in warm tortillas, topped with pico de gallo and a drizzle of spicy mayo.
