Ingredients:

For the Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Bowls:

1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:

Marinate the Shrimp:
In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), oregano, and thyme. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
