Mediterranean Chicken & Artichoke Salad with Parmesan

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks 
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika 
½ tsp garlic powder 
½ tsp salt & black pepper
½ tsp dried oregano 
For the Salad:

4 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens 
1 cup canned or marinated artichoke hearts, quartered 
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
¼ cup red onion, diced 
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese 
For the Dressing:

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp honey 
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine the chicken chunks with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Prepare the Salad:
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine or mixed greens, quartered artichoke hearts, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
