🍌 Banana Cream Cheese Cupcakes 🧁

📝 Ingredients:
For the Cupcakes:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
2 ripe bananas, mashed
For the Filling:

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Frosting:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
For Garnish:

Banana slices
A pinch of cinnamon for sprinkling
🍽️ Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Make the Cupcake Batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined.
Bake the Cupcakes:
Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
Prepare the Frosting:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream, beating until the frosting is light and fluffy.
Assemble the Cupcakes:
Once the cupcakes are completely cool, use a small knife or cupcake corer to remove a small portion from the center of each cupcake. Fill each hole with the cream cheese filling.
Frost the top of each cupcake with the cream cheese frosting.
Garnish and Serve:
Top each cupcake with a slice of banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy your delicious Banana Cream Cheese Cupcakes!
