Ingredients:
2 oz white rum (or vodka for a lighter taste)
1 oz orange liqueur (such as triple sec or Cointreau)
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
½ oz simple syrup or honey
3 oz sparkling water or prosecco
Edible glitter (optional, for a sunlit shimmer)
Orange slice & pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass: Fill a wine glass or highball glass with ice. If using edible glitter, swirl a bit inside for a radiant effect.
Mix the Base: In a shaker, combine white rum, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. Shake well.
Strain & Pour: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice.
Add the Sparkle: Top with sparkling water or prosecco for a bubbly, refreshing finish.
