300g thịt bò
1củ cà rốt
1/2trái khóm(thơm)
1củ hành tây
3trái khế
4trái chuối chát
Rau: húng lũi, quế, ngò gai
Đậu phộng rang
Hành phi
Mè rang
Bánh phồng tôm
Chanh, tỏi, ớt, gia vị.
Cách làm:
Thịt bò( mình xài bắp bò, dùng thịt thăn cũng đc) rửa sạch, thái mỏng. Ướp bò với 1/2mc nước tương- 1/2mc dầu ăn- 1/2mc đường- 1mc hạt nêm, trộn đều, để 30phút cho thấm.
Củ cà rốt gọt vỏ, dùng bàn chặn thái sợi.
Hành tây bóc vỏ, thái khoanh, cho vào tô, cho 1mc đường- vắt 1/2trái chanh, trộn đều. Làm cách này cho hành tây bớt hăng.
Khóm thái lát mỏng.
Khế gọt bỏ các khía, thái mỏng.
Chuối chát bào vỏ, thái mỏng, cho vào tô ngâm nước bỏ ít muối và nước cốt chanh để chuối ko đen.
Pha nước trộn gỏi: 3mc nước lọc- 5mc đường- 5mc nước mắm- tỏi ớt băm- 5mc nước cốt chanh, nêm nếm vừa khẩu vị là được ạ.
Rau húng lũi- quế- ngò gai rửa sạch thái khúc.
Phi thơm 1mc dầu ăn- 1mc tỏi băm, cho bò vào xào đều. Chín tái là tắt bếp.
Cho cà rốt- hành tây- khóm- chuối chát- khế- rau- bò vào tô lớn, cho nước trộn vào trộn đều. Cho ra đĩa thêm hành phi- đậu phộng rang- mè rang, bánh phồng tôm chiên vàng và nước mắm chua ngọt.
